We are hiring an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead our playground installation crew. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of installation projects—from coordinating materials and personnel to ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards.</p><p>If you have a background in construction, landscaping, or related trades and thrive in outdoor environments, this is your opportunity to make a positive impact on communities while advancing your career in a growing industry!</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Drive required materials, equipment, and personnel to the job site daily.</li><li>Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.</li><li>Manage crews to achieve high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and strong team morale.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company safety standards at all times.</li><li>Use a variety of tools and equipment including power tools, skid steer loaders, &nbsp;and levels, to complete project tasks.</li><li>Complete necessary paperwork, including time slips and daily reports.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven supervisory experience in construction or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in operating construction equipment, including skid steers, manlifts, and other machinery.</li><li>Skilled in using power tools and hand tools effectively.</li><li>Physical ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and safely operate lifts.</li><li>Strong focus on safety protocols and practices.</li><li>Keen attention to detail with excellent observational skills.</li><li>Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness and availability to travel and stay out of town as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Company-paid health insurance for individuals.
